E-Release Forms

Need model and property release forms? For the convenience of Contributors, eigthstock has created e-release forms that you can effortlessly fill out electronically, save and re-use, right there in your own Contributor account.

HOW TO USE THE E-RELEASE FORMS

1. Login to your Contributor account.
2. Go to your dashboard and click on E-Release under the Profile tab.
3. Choose the release you need – Model, Minor or Property.
4. Click “Create New”
5. Fill out the details on the form and save.
6. Download the release form pdf to get it signed by the respective parties. If you have Adobe Acrobat, you can sign it online.
7. Submit the release together with the related content when you upload it.
8. Re-use the release when you’re working with the same Model, Minor or Property Owner
